Starting July 1st appointments with Stephanie Ruane will be rising. A 60 minute appointment will change from $120 to $125.

Part of the intake process of every appointment will help determine what the areas of concern are, goals for treatment, and there may even be a discussion of what techniques might be appropriate to achieve the chosen treatment goals.

Stephanie's general practice style typically will include a mixture of:

• Myofascial release

• Trigger point

• Deep tissue techniques

• Joint mobilizations

• Stretching and end-range loading using a strap

• passive or active stretching techniques

• Incorporation of Craniosacral elements

• Use of IASTM tools for fascial restrictions

• Swedish massage

Stephanie has experience working with a wide demograph of persons including but not limited to:

• teenagers

• athletes (eg. dancers, runners, hockey)

• chronic pain sufferers

• pregnancy and postpartum

• conditions relating to ageing and those in their senior years

• Scoliosis - Acquired or Idiopathic

• Chest Surgeries of all natures (post cancer, reductions, top surgery etc)

• Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction/Disorder (TMJD)
