My family and I relocated to the Central Okanagan  at the end of 2022 and have been loving exploring our new home and building our community. I have joined the amazing team of RMTs at Okanagan Integral Health on Cooper Rd off HWY97. I am also teaching part-time upcoming RMT students at First College.

I have been in practice since 2016, graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and working in various clinics in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

My practice is greatly influenced by my own experience with significant injury and the resulting chronic pain. This experience largely influenced the reason I am a massage therapist today as it was through this modality that I was able to manage, improve and finally recover from the debilitating pain. During this journey, I trained and worked as a Yoga Instructor for several years before starting school to become an RMT. Though yoga isn't part of my daily practice any longer; the movement, body awareness, and general life lessons have had a lasting impact on my life.

I look forward to inviting you into my treatment room, assessing your needs and goals for treatment, and ultimately assisting you in your wellness journey.

Part of the intake process of every appointment will help determine what the areas of concern are, goals for treatment, and there may even be a discussion of what techniques might be appropriate to achieve the chosen treatment goals.
